Commissioner's Lawsuit Press Conference, Documents Released
Douglas County Commissioner Kelly Robinson announced Thursday that he is filing a lawsuit in federal court to request the U.S. Department of Justice deny approval of the County's redistricting.

Mr. Robinson could not have had an actual lawyer draw up this lawsuit.
If he did, that lawyer should have his license to practice revoked.

I concur with Fred. Having reviewed the video of the Nov. 1, meeting Mr. Robinson's vote was counted. The decision was 4 for and his 1 against. This is in the minutes of the meeting as well, however those minutes are signed by all commissioners prior to the next meeting for approval. Mr. Robinson did NOT sign those minutes although his vote had been documented. How could he possibly come out with his vote wasn't counted? I certainly would not want to use his legal adviser!
