Cobb Sheriff's Deputy from Douglasville Charged with Sexual Assault
Cobb County Sheriff's Deputy Alvin Blake Sutherland, 51, of Douglasville, is charged with sexually assaulting a female inmate in his custody.
A Cobb County deputy from Douglasville has been accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
A warrant alleges Deputy Alvin Blake Sutherland, 51, made physical contact with an unamed female inmate at the Cobb jail on Jan. 11. Sutherland is charged with aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, sexual assault by a member of law enforcement, and violation of oath of public office, according to the report.
Arrest records indicate that Sutherland remains in the Douglas County jail. Bond is expected to be set at $100,000, according to the AJC.

Oh wow,I've come in contact with him during my short stay for suspened license and I never would have thought. He should have went to the booty club instead u mess with rechet hoes thats in the county. Where is ur wife girlfriend even. Not an inmate.

Pam if they are in jail they are either there for prostitution or drugs, that is common charges or probation violation for I work as paralegal in criminal defense in Cobb

I agree with you Pam, In this state there are a number of un-rachet related offenses that you you can get locked up for. And even if she was a rachet that still does not mean that he can have his way with her , I was in for a pot related charge, one that if I lived in Fulton county would have just been a ticket, so @Charles, you need to stop judging, I bet you are a christian so you should know better. Some of the ladies in for prostitution are simply forced or either just simply trying to support a family in today's economy. Maybe the Para you legal for just defends rachets but myself I have only ever seen a rachet in a toolbox, not in court and not in jail..
