Douglasville Patch voters have spoken. Beechwood Trails Pet Lodge is Douglasville Patch readers' favorite place for their pets.

After we polled Patch viewers all week, Beechwood Trails Pet Lodge earned the most votes, 69 percent of the total.

"We really appreciate our customers' support and trust to take care of their pets while they're away," Tina Wellborn said, co-owner of Beechwood Trails with her husband Gary.

"We strive to have a facility that is safe and a good time for pets," she said. "This isn't just a job for us. We love dogs and cats too. We appreciate our customers giving us a chance and having them become repeat customers."

Here's a comment on the article made by lexie: "I choose it evey time because Tina and Gary are so personally dedicated to each animal there, as if they own them as their own pets. I can say that because I worked there for a short time and saw their actions all day long every day. Their moods and actions are consistantly outstanding."
