Becca Waits; Tigger, Arcadia Rescued

Becca is available at the Douglas County Animal Shelter.

By Pat Hopper

Recent Douglasville Patch articles featured Tigger and Arcadia; both have been happily adopted!

Becca is a gorgeous black and white girl (not spayed) with extra-long white whiskers and a white mouth to accent her beautiful face. She is a very laid back girl and likes being woke up to receive attention. She will be a great friend so come and adopt her.

Cat ID#: 4312    Kennel ID#:  12-04-1540

If you’re interested in adopting a pet, please visit the Douglas County Animal Shelter at 1755 County Services Road (off Cedar Mountain Road). The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. They are closed on Monday.

These pet listings are updated frequently but the animal(s) featured may already be adopted or no longer at the shelter. If you find the pet you desire no longer there, please consider another great animal that still lives there.

The adoption fee for all dogs and cats is $25. All pets are required to be spayed or neutered within six months of adoption. Yearly rabies vaccinations are also required. The Douglas County Animal Shelter can be reached by calling 770-942-5961. To learn about other animals available for adoption from the Douglas County Animal Control, view their adoptable pet list.
