AJC Reports Guilty Plea in Tillman Killing
Emanuel Boykins, 18, agreed to plead guilty to the charge of felony murder to avoid the death penalty.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting that Emanuel Boykins, 18, agreed to plead guilty to the charge of felony murder in the death of Bobby Tillman to avoid the death penalty.
The other three defendants in the beating death of the 18-year-old have a deadline of 5 p.m. Wednesday to take the same plea deal, the AJC says.
