What is with the grammar here "A 12-year-old child was hit a car ..." ? So was the 12-year old hit by a car. Not much to this story yet. Hope the child is ok.

My friend knows the family. It was reported on FB as a "collision". I'm supposing that he hit the car. He passed away last night from his injuries. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

That is terrible but thanks so much Lynn, for sharing that information. We haven't been able to get anything through the authorities.

The efficiency gains from the assembly line also coincided with the economic rise of the United States. The assembly line forced workers to work at a certain pace with very repetitive motions which led to more output per worker while other countries were using less productive methods. Thanks.
