Sara Anne Gore Green, age 86 of Lithia Springs, passed away, Thursday, February 24, 2011. She was born March 31, 1924 to the late Joseph Quillan Gore and Vassie Mae Holleman Gore. She worked as a teller for several years for the Central Bank and Trust Company in Miami and for the First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs Day Care Center.
She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs.

In addition to her parents, Joseph Quillan Gore and Vassie Mae Holleman Gore, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Walter Green.

Survivors are her brothers and sisters-in-law: Bobby and Jessie Gore and James and Edna Gore, all of Lithia Springs, nieces, nephews and many friends that loved her dearly.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 27, 2011 at 2:00 PM from
Hightower’s Memorial Chapel with Dr. Marion Beaver and Rev. Mike Sinyard officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Lithia Springs.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
at the funeral home.
